We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll: Ideate & Innovate: Brainstorm fresh content concepts—carousels, reels, stories, polls, interactive quizzes—that resonate with each client’s audience. Trendspotting: Track emerging social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats; translate them into actionable ideas. Organic Growth: Help increase followers, engagement, and brand affinity through community-building tactics (hashtags, collaborations, UGC campaigns). Content Execution: Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok; monitor performance metrics; iterate based on real-time insights. Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to align content calendars with broader marketing goals and campaign launches. Key Responsibilities Develop weekly content calendars with 15–20 posts aligned to client KPIs Craft engaging captions, image prompts, and hashtag strategies Source, edit, and format creative assets (images, short videos, GIFs) Monitor post-performance; prepare concise reports outlining wins, learnings, and optimisations.
