About the role
This role would be all about crafting engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn and Meta ads—combining sharp storytelling, motion design, and seamless editing to drive B2B brand performance.
What you’ll do
- Edit engaging
short-form videos (15–90 seconds)
optimized for LinkedIn and Meta ads
. - Create
motion graphics and animations
including titles, transitions, logo reveals, and graphic overlays. - Select background music, sync pacing, and ensure smooth transitions that align with brand tone.
- Apply strong storytelling techniques to structure ads with a clear
hook → value → CTA
flow. - Deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios:
1:1, 9:16, and 16:9.
- Manage
fast turnaround times
while maintaining quality and consistency across multiple weekly edits. - Collaborate with the Bitespeed creative and marketing teams to iterate quickly based on performance feedback.
What makes you a good fit
Proficiency in
: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro also acceptable).- Strong understanding of
animation and motion graphics
for digital ads. - Demonstrated experience creating
short-form social/ad videos
with clear storytelling and performance focus. Attention to pacing, rhythm, and sound design
for maximum viewer retention.- Ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously
under tight deadlines. - Prior experience in
B2B or SaaS brand content
is highly preferred
. - A strong
portfolio or reel
showcasing relevant work is required.
