Who We're Looking For:

Video Editor

You’ll work closely with our directors and creative team to turn footage into short-form videos that engage, convert, and go beyond just looking good.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more
• Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to add motion graphics, animated text, and quick transitions
• Transform raw footage into scroll-stopping edits that drive engagement
• Collaborate with the team on content direction, structure, and messaging
• Deliver high-quality videos on tight timelines
• Stay on top of editing styles, viral trends, and platform-native content formats

Requirements

• 1–3 years of video editing experience (especially with social-first content)
• A strong portfolio with short-form video work (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Good eye for visual storytelling, editing rhythm, and retention-friendly structure
• Comfortable with adding animations, kinetic text, transitions, and other enhancements
• Self-motivated and reliable — someone who cares about the work they put out.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience editing content for marketing, personal brands, or agencies
• A background in creating content for growth or conversions
• Ability to ideate creative hooks or optimize scripts with the team
