About Device Doctor India: Device Doctor India is a leading mobile and web app development company based in Kota, Rajasthan. We serve clients across diverse industries with custom software, branding, and digital marketing solutions. As part of our growth, we are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to manage and create compelling content for our client’s social media platforms. Role Overview: As a Video Editor at Device Doctor India, you will be responsible for producing engaging, brand-aligned video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will work with our creative, marketing, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life through storytelling, animation, motion graphics, and sharp editing. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into short-form and long-form content for social media. Create reels, promotional clips, interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, explainer videos, and motion graphic-based content. Add text overlays, animations, transitions, music, and sound effects as required. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and social media managers for timely delivery of video content. Maintain video consistency with brand aesthetics, tone, and voice across different platforms. Edit client-specific videos for industries such as healthcare, education, retail, gaming, and wellness. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, and editing styles. Manage multiple video editing projects and deliver on deadlines. Occasionally shoot on-site client content in Kota, when needed. Required Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve . Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, and mobile-first editing tools is a plus. Strong sense of storytelling, visual design, and social media trends. Basic knowledge of color correction, sound mixing, and animation. Understanding of video formats and optimization for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, etc. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. A strong reel/portfolio demonstrating creative and professional editing skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of professional video editing experience (freelancers with solid portfolios welcome).
