Set up and manage lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns. Monitor and analyze KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Bounce Rate, etc.) to improve campaign performance. Work closely with the content team and design team to develop compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, custom funnels, and conversion tracking. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel to track user behavior and conversion events. Maintain dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure ad leads are relevant, nurtured, and converted. Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates to propose new campaign strategies.
