Job Title: Video Editor/ Content Creator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for storytelling, video production, and editing, with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for multiple platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Pinterest, ensuring each piece aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Video Content Creation

• Concept Development: Plan and brainstorm creative video ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Video Production: Shoot engaging videos for multiple platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos with high-quality transitions, effects, and audio to enhance viewer engagement.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt videos for different platforms to maximize reach and performance.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and best practices to create relevant content.

2. Shooting Skills & Production Management

• Operate cameras and related equipment efficiently.
• Manage and maintain video production equipment.
• Scout suitable locations for shoots.
• Direct shoots to ensure high-quality output.

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with social media managers and marketing teams to understand content goals.
• Collaborate effectively to deliver impactful and visually appealing videos

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and shooting techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
