Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gwalior. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and maintaining client relationships. This is a role where you will handle inbound and outbound queries, engage with potential prospects, and contribute to new growth initiatives. Qualifications

Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing will be a plus)

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, business development, or client engagement will be an added advantage

Strong interest in outbound sales and lead generation — must be comfortable making calls to potential prospects and handling incoming enquiries

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Curious, creative, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table

Ability to think strategically and align with the vision of a fast-growing EdTech startup

Comfortable wearing multiple hats — beyond typical business development tasks, willing to contribute to new growth initiatives, planning, and experimentation

Open to working on-site from our Gwalior office (not a remote role)
