Role Description

skilled and creative Video Editor

You’ll be working across social media and YouTube, ensuring every video stands out — from editing and transitions to thumbnails and optimization. Beyond technical expertise, we value fresh ideas, creativity, and an editorial sense that can elevate our brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, assemble, and polish high-quality video content tailored for social media and YouTube.
• Perfection in Motion Graphics.
• Ensure perfect motion graphics,smooth cuts, pacing, sound design, and seamless transitions.
• Apply color correction, grading, and visual enhancements for professional output.
• Add engaging text overlays, captions, and subtitles for viewer retention.
• Create

  scroll-stopping thumbnails

  that boost clicks and impressions.
• Collaborate closely with editorial and creative teams to align with content goals.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing techniques, and digital storytelling formats.
• Operate cameras during shoots, ensuring

  proper framing, lighting, and audio

  capture.
• Optimize videos for YouTube algorithms — maximizing reach, watch-time, and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of proven experience

  in video editing (YouTube, news, or entertainment preferred).
• Mastery of editing principles — storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Strong command of tools such as

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

  , or equivalent.
• Sharp creative instincts with an eye for visual detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage end-to-end projects while working in a collaborative team setup.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret briefs and translate them into impactful videos.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Motion graphics & animation expertise.
• Understanding of
