Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand stories.
• Add graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance video quality and impact.
• Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling edits.
• Implement motion graphics and basic animations using tools like After Effects.
• Maintain organized project files, ensure timely delivery, and adhere to creative briefs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ensure consistency in visual language and brand identity across all videos.

Qualifications and skills

• Proven experience in video editing and post-production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of video formats (social media content, ads, promos, reels, explainers, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and compression formats.
• Experience in handling video content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus.
