Job Title: Video Editor (Short-Form Content – Reels & YouTube Shorts) Location: Remote Compensation: Rs.10k-15k per month (depends upon experience) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-evel Key Responsibilities: Edit raw video content into compelling short-form videos Add text overlays, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance viewer retention Cut down long-form content into bite-sized clips optimized for social media Understand and implement platform-specific best practices and trends Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align on video goals and messaging Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, audio, and editing styles Requirements: Proven experience editing short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, or TikTok Strong command of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve) A good eye for pacing, transitions, and storytelling Basic understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies Ability to work with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills Bonus (Not Mandatory): Experience with motion graphics or animation Background in social media marketing or content creation Understanding of viral content formats and meme culture Show more Show less
