Use AI tools (Google Veo, Kling, and others) to accelerate production, enhance creativity, and streamline workflows.
Oversee the full production cycle: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
Align storytelling with brand objectives through close collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
Supervise freelancers and team members, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Monitor industry trends in AI video generation, editing techniques, and digital storytelling.
6–10 years of professional experience in video editing and production leadership.
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools.
Practical exposure to AI-based video platforms (e.g.,Google Veo, Kling).
Strong grasp of narrative building, visual composition, and editing flow.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Experience guiding small teams or coordinating with external creators.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
Degree in Film Editing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
