Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering various video formats such as reels, ads, branded content, and travel features. - Utilizing AI tools like Google Veo and Kling to accelerate production, boost creativity, and streamline workflows. - Overseeing the entire production cycle from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing. - Collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to align storytelling with brand objectives. - Supervising freelancers and team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. - Keeping abreast of industry trends in AI video generation, editing techniques, and digital storytelling. Requirements for this role include: - 6-10 years of professional experience in video editing and production leadership. - Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools. - Practical exposure to AI-based video platforms such as Google Veo and Kling. - Strong understanding of narrative building, visual composition, and editing flow. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. - Experience in guiding small teams or coordinating with external creators. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management capabilities. - A degree in Film Editing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).,
