Job Description

Lead the video production process from planning, storyboarding, and filming to editing and delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize video ideas aligned with brand strategy.
Edit and enhance raw footage with professional-grade techniques, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and effects.
Manage video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and directing talent.
Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms (social media, YouTube, corporate presentations, etc.).
Maintain a library of video assets and manage digital file organization.
Stay updated with emerging video trends, tools, and technologies to enhance production quality.
Mentor junior editors or freelancers to ensure consistent quality output.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, Canva Pro.
