Video Editing Intern

What You'll Do

• Edit engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-format YouTube videos.
• Assist in editing ads, promos, and branded content for our clients and internal campaigns.
• Learn and apply storytelling-based editing techniques that improve watch time and retention.
• Collaborate with our creative team to execute the vision and polish ideas into final deliverables.
• Stay updated with trending video formats, hooks, and transitions across digital platforms.
• Optimize content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic experience in video editing with a few solid samples (even self-made projects work).
• Familiarity with tools like

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop

  .
• Interest in storytelling, editing formats, and attention-grabbing visuals.
• Understanding of aspect ratios, transitions, pacing, and basic sound syncing.
• Willingness to learn professional techniques — color grading, sound design, motion graphics.
• A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to take feedback and grow fast.
