Location: Hybrid (2 days in Delhi NCR, rest remote)

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: Performance-based + Certificate of Internship

Start Date: Immediate

• Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest
• Work with raw footage to create aesthetic, on-brand videos that align with trends and tone
• Add text overlays, transitions, motion graphics, and music
• Repurpose content for different platforms with correct aspect ratios & pacing
• Collaborate with the founder & visual director to craft scroll-stopping content
• Maintain brand consistency in every frame

• Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of aesthetics, timing, and music sync
• Understanding of social media video trends
• Ability to edit for different platform formats (IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Bonus: Familiarity with beauty, fashion, or jewellery brand content

• Real creative ownership — your edits will be published and promoted
• Hands-on experience working with a fast-growing D2C brand
• Flexible hybrid working
• Creative freedom to experiment with formats
• Letter of recommendation & preference for future hiring
