We’re now looking for a passionate Video Editing Intern to join our creative team — someone who’s comfortable with the basics but eager to dive deeper into professional-level editing and work on content that trends across platforms. What You'll Do Edit engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-format YouTube videos. Assist in editing ads, promos, and branded content for our clients and internal campaigns. Learn and apply storytelling-based editing techniques that improve watch time and retention. Collaborate with our creative team to execute the vision and polish ideas into final deliverables. Stay updated with trending video formats, hooks, and transitions across digital platforms. Optimize content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and more. What We’re Looking For Basic experience in video editing with a few solid samples (even self-made projects work). Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop . Interest in storytelling, editing formats, and attention-grabbing visuals. Understanding of aspect ratios, transitions, pacing, and basic sound syncing. Willingness to learn professional techniques — color grading, sound design, motion graphics.
