Location: TREEI Foundation Pune OfficeReports To: ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Visual Content Editor to join our creative team. The candidate will assist in editing videos, photos, making visual content and storytelling for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal projects. Salary: Key Responsibilities:Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns as asked by the manager. Incorporate sound effects, music, transitions, and other post-production elements. Content Enhancement: Enhance video quality through color grading, stabilization, and other techniques. Trim and organize footage to ensure seamless storytelling. Creative Input: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute video concepts. Suggest innovative ideas to improve video aesthetics and audience engagement. Asset Management: Organize and maintain video files and assets for easy accessibility. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines. Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and tools. Learn from feedback provided by the team to refine your skills. Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, film studies, design, or a related field. Software Skills: Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro. Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
