Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Creative Content & AI Editing Executive who can handle daily content creation for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI tools, photo editing software, and basic graphic design to produce high-quality visuals that match our brand aesthetic. Key Responsibilities 1. Video Editing Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp marketing. Create product showcase videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and basic storytelling edits. Add captions, transitions, sound effects, music, and brand elements as required. 2. AI-Based Image Enhancement Convert raw product photos into e-commerce ready images using AI tools (flatlay or hanger style). Generate model images using approved AI workflows. Straighten, align, enhance lighting, and adjust product shape using AI tools without altering product details. 3. Photo Editing Remove backgrounds cleanly and replace with white/brand backgrounds. Retouch creases, folds, dust, and lighting imperfections. Resize, crop, and optimize images for website and marketplace formats. 4. Graphic Design Create simple and appealing graphics for T-shirts, pyjamas, and kidswear prints. Edit and resize marketing graphics (banners, thumbnails, story slides, posters). Maintain consistency of brand colors, fonts, and style. 5. Coordination & Workflow Work closely with the founder and store team to understand daily requirements. Manage content folders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain organized archives. Suggest new AI tools or techniques to improve speed and quality.
