Job Title: Social Worker Location: Pune, Maharashtra Organisation: TREE Innovative Foundation Type: Full-Time About the Role:TREEI Foundation is looking for a passionate Social Project Associate to support its CSR initiatives like Project Eklavya, Mission Urja,, and more. The role involves community engagement, field coordination, documentation, and reporting to drive impact across women empowerment, education, nutrition, and sustainability projects. Key Details: Work Hours: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Pay range : 20k - 25k per month Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and implementing social projects. Coordinate with communities, SHGs, schools, and tribal groups. Support surveys, training sessions, installation, and awareness programs. Maintain and increase community awareness, and network on ground Maintain records, prepare reports, and document success stories. Collaborate with partner organisations and manage logistics. There will be 55 to 60% travel and field work Requirements:Graduate in Social Work or related fields. 6 months to 2 years’ experience in social development or CSR projects. Proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English Willing to travel for fieldwork in Pune and rural areas (Mulshi, Velhe, Daund, Bhor, and other) Willing to travel out of Maharashtra as per the need of the Job role Comfortable in report writing on Laptop Apply if you are:Passionate about grassroots development and inclusion.
