Position Overview

Vice President (VP) of Technology

This role requires a visionary leader with proven technical expertise, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across group companies.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Drive execution of

  government technology projects

  from proposal to implementation.

• Technology Leadership

• Define and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Guide architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions.
• Champion AI, cloud, and modern software development practices.

• Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor technical teams across different domains.
• Build a high-performance engineering culture.
• Ensure continuous skill development and knowledge sharing.

• Stakeholder & Client Management

• Collaborate with senior leadership, business teams, and external stakeholders.
• Represent Bhionix.Group in

  government meetings, RFPs, and project reviews

  .
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years

  of overall experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record in

  project execution and delivery

  (including govt/enterprise projects).
• Strong background in

  cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and enterprise software development

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  MEAN/MERN/Full Stack

  development environments.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle

  multi-project environments

  across industries.

Contract Terms

• Minimum 3-year contract
