Vice President Strategy

You are seeking a high-calibre strategic leader to join the CMD Office in a pivotal role as AVP/VP. You will work directly with the Chairman & Managing Director, driving mission-critical initiatives, accelerating business growth, and ensuring seamless execution across verticals. This role is designed for entrepreneurial professionals with a strong leadership trajectory and a long-term vision to evolve into CXO roles. The working mode is from the office for 6 days a week. You will report to the Chairman/Managing Director and the location is in Hyderabad. - Leading new strategic initiatives and ensuring successful execution. - Working directly with the Chairman on business growth strategies. - Optimizing resources and driving operational efficiency. - Managing business development, strategy, and execution. - Collaborating with teams to tackle challenges and problem-solving proactively. We seek smart, ambitious professionals with an entrepreneurial background who have successfully built and run a business for at least 4 to 5 years. Prior entrepreneurial experience as founders or business owners immediately after college is desired. Educational qualifications should include Engineering and MBA from top-tier institutions (IITs, IIMs, FMS, XLRI, SPJain, etc.). Exposure to deal-making such as transactions, partnerships, or investment negotiations will be a plus. Frequent travel across India and abroad is a key aspect of this role.,
