About the Company: You are applying for a Lead Corporate Strategy role within the insurance business of a well-known, publicly listed conglomerate based in Mumbai. About the Role: As the Lead Corporate Strategy, your main responsibilities will include supporting strategic planning and execution, conducting in-depth analysis, and facilitating the overall Group strategy. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough analysis and strategic assessments across the Insurance Business to derive insights that directly contribute to the development and evolution of Group Corporate Strategy. - Stay updated on emerging global trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory developments to anticipate changes in the external environment and evaluate potential implications. - Participate in collaborative problem-solving and innovation sessions, distilling insights into practical outcomes and highlighting their strategic relevance. - Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership. - Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, such as market expansion, strategic collaborations, and potential investments or acquisitions. - Support the implementation of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure alignment and execution across all business units. - Provide advisory support to affiliated business units in strategic planning and the development of annual business objectives. - Define and monitor performance indicators to evaluate the success and impact of strategic and operational plans. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA with a minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably with a background in consulting. - Proven track record in strategic corporate planning, business transformation, or consulting roles, particularly within the Insurance and Financial Services industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into strategic recommendations. - Demonstrated success in supporting or leading top-line growth, cost management, and portfolio optimization initiatives at a group or enterprise level.
