Job Description

As a Senior Manager (VP equivalent) in the FP&A Practice at Accenture, your role involves re-imagining the Future of Finance, designing Best in class FP&A Processes, and shaping large-scale Digital finance transformations. You will be a key player in the Industry leader in Finance & Accounting services, providing advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery centers. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and shaping winning proposal for FP&A BPM deals - Leading Sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries - Originating deals working with market sales teams and Account leadership teams - Creating value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops, and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to win stage - Co-innovating and leading Transformation agenda for our clients - Developing FP&A and EPM capability through Thought leadership, technology drive product development, demonstrating deep domain expertise in building future finance propositions, and performing diagnostic/ due diligence, client co-design workshops for existing and prospective clients Qualifications Required: - Hold post-graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin) - Deep Domain expertise in FP&A, EPM, Treasury - Hands-on operations or transformation experience in FP&A within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Financial Services - Have delivered at least 2 large-scale F&A deals or Tech. led FP&A Transformation for large global Clients - Well-versed with Industry Digital FP&A/ EPM/ Treasury technologies & leading tools, automation, AI, and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance solutions Additional Company Details: Accenture is looking to strengthen the team with deep domain experts who can shape up large BPM deals, reimagine transformed FP&A function, and shape up clients" FP&A agenda across industries.
