Role Overview: As the Vice President (VP) of Solutions & Sales at our company, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge industrial automation and digitalization solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of innovative solutions tailored to meet client-specific requirements in industrial automation, IoT, AI, and digital transformation. - Manage and oversee the solutions department, including a team of Managers, Solutions Architects, and Engineers. - Act as a key point of contact for important customers, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to showcase solution capabilities and articulate the company's value proposition. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for solution delivery to ensure high-quality implementation within set budgets and timelines. - Foster collaboration with internal teams such as Product Development, Sales, and Marketing to align on product offerings and marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications, or Computer Science). - Experience: A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the industrial automation or digitalization sector, with at least 10 years dedicated to executing various Automation projects. - Skills: Profound understanding of automation technologies like PLC, SCADA, DCS. Basic knowledge in IoT, AI, and digital transformation within industrial environments.
