Job Description

The Vice President of Solutions will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic development and implementation of innovative industrial automation and digitalization solutions. This role requires a high-level professional who can balance technical leadership, customer engagement, and business strategy. You will oversee the solutions team and ensure alignment with overall company goals to support the growth and competitiveness of the organization in the automation and digitalization sector. You will lead the design and development of complex solutions that address client-specific needs in the areas of industrial automation, IoT, AI, and digital transformation. Additionally, you will oversee the solutions department, managing a team consisting of Managers, Solutions Architects, and Engineers. As an executive point of contact for key customers, you will understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. Collaboration with the sales team to present solution capabilities, conduct customer workshops, and articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings will also be a key aspect of your role. Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for solution delivery will be essential to ensure high-quality implementation within budget and timelines. You will collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to align on product offerings and marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications, or Computer Science). - Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the industrial automation or digitalization sector, with at least 10 years in executing various Automation projects. - Skills: In-depth understanding of automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, DCS) and basic knowledge in IoT, AI, and digital transformation in industrial environments. Travel Requirements: You should be willing to travel as needed, up to 20%, to meet with customers, attend conferences, and collaborate with regional teams.
