Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Sales National Account, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Vice President will be responsible for leading national sales efforts, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the VP will be responsible for mentoring the sales team and promoting company services to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management.
• Relevant experience in Facility Management Industry is a must.
• Skills in Account Management and Business Development
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the facility management or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
