Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a National Account Sales position. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing national accounts, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring effective sales operations. The role involves regular client interactions, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with various internal teams to meet client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and new business in FM segments.

• Deliver client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with B2B/corporate clients.

• Map upcoming projects and market opportunities, respond to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs; prepare bids, proposals, and commercial documentation

• Maintain relationships with key clients, secure renewals, up selling and expand service offerings. • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service rollout.

• Deliver weekly/monthly MIS, forecasts, and strategic insights

Educational Eligibility: (Mandate)

• Qualified with a Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA preferred for senior roles)

• Academic score must be 60% throughout.

• Energetic, confident leader with a client-first mindset.

Good to Have:

• Strong network in corporate FMCG, realty, or infrastructure sectors.

• B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management related services.
