Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a business strategy aligned with the company's service capabilities. - Identify and pursue new opportunities across enterprise clients, especially in digital transformation and AI. - Build and nurture strategic partnerships and channel alliances for geographic expansion. - Manage and mentor the GTM teams across regions to encourage innovation and customer-centricity. - Work closely with delivery teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with client needs. - Utilize market research, competitive intelligence, and internal analytics to refine go-to-market strategies. - Cultivate long-term relationships with key enterprise customers, CXOs, and technology leaders. - Drive strategic roadmaps and implementation plans for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. - Enable the flow of strategic RFI/RFPs with prospects and market connections. **Qualifications:** - Strongly prefer candidates from BIG4s, Consulting, Financial IT Services Consulting domains. - 15+ years of experience in strategy, sales, business development, or client acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity. - Experience with digital transformation, AI/ML, and enterprise application landscapes. - Proven ability to scale GTM teams and drive global account growth. - Experience working with clients in the US, UK, EMEA, or APAC regions is highly desirable. - Brings a well-established network of enterprise decision-makers and industry influencers.
