Description
The Human Resources function at JPMorgan Chase is transitioning to a product-promoten approach to enhance personalized experiences for employees and managers. This transformation focuses on organizing and prioritizing work to deliver higher quality outputs. The HR Product Organization, part of Corporate HR, is pivotal in this shift, leading efforts to define outcomes, goals, and success measures using agile principles and a unified data architecture. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting. You will escalate opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination, lead change management activities across functional partners, and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will effectively manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners. Managing the product backlog and partnering with different teams for impact analysis on future investments and current items will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will manage the product's experience, including operations, technology, and data, understanding expectations and areas of opportunity by key persona. To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area. You must demonstrate the ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities, have a strong understanding of delivery, and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes. Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes and strategies, maintaining a product backlog, writing user stories and epics, as well as writing test scenarios and test cases are essential. You should be able to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process, and digital assets, multitask effectively, and navigate multiple tasks running in parallel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to represent the product to stakeholders. Being customer obsessed, developing deep empathy, and understanding in service of creating a frictionless end-to-end experience are key attributes for this role.
