Job Description

Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day operations across HO and all project sites Drive process excellence, SOP adherence, and performance tracking through structured MIS systems Lead emergency preparedness and implement business continuity plans People & Culture Management Support recruitment, onboarding, and end-to-end HR operations Maintain HR budgets, approve payroll and incentive disbursals Performance management Foster strong employee relations, promote the companys values and mission Drive ESOP rollouts, succession planning, and competency mapping as advised by top management Communication & Public Engagement Act as internal spokesperson and culture custodian Represent the company in internal events Promote internal alignment by communicating the company’s vision across teams Compliance & Quality Systems Ensure adherence to QMS and other internal standards Conduct audits, risk assessments, and management reviews Maintain organizational documentation and regulatory readiness Procurement & Commercial Oversight Review and approve purchase requests, negotiate vendor terms Coordinate with Finance for timely vendor payments and cost optimization Manage inventory and re-order levels Administration & Facility Management Oversee office building, transport, utilities, and infrastructure upkeep Implement and monitor fire safety, evacuation drills, and physical security Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external agencies and local authorities Health, Safety & Security Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies Direct oversight of safety and well-being of employees, with special focus on safety of women personnel Protect company assets across all project locations through preventive security protocols Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
