Plan and execute

reports, coordination, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain
HR MIS reports
for management.
Ensure statutory compliance –
PF, ESI, PT
.
Handle
salary processing
– inputs, payroll, and disbursement.
Maintain and update the
HR portal
and employee records.
Support
recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
as needed.
Address employee queries and maintain effective communication with staff.
