We are hiring a senior operations leader to manage end-to-end plant operations, manpower, procurement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations and lead a team of

  150-200 employees

  .
• Prepare and improve technical specifications; manage vendor interactions and negotiate procurement of plant equipment and services.
  
• Handle HRD, discipline, negotiations, and EHS activities.
  
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  

Desired Profile

• Experience in a similar senior operations role.
  
• Strong understanding of chemical/ mechanical/ civil engineering (added advantage).
  
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
  
• Positive, process-driven, and improvement-oriented mindset.
