About the Role

We seek a dynamic, resultsoriented leader to own endtoend operations across UP markets, drive process excellence, and scale execution through highperforming regional teams. This role sits on the leadership bench and directly influences growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operations strategy aligned with business goals.
Process Excellence: Establish SOPs; implement automation/technology to improve productivity and compliance.
Team Leadership: Coach regional/state heads; hire, mentor, and performancemanage field teams.
Business Expansion: Plan and roll out new geographies; ensure smooth launch readiness and postlaunch stabilization.
Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs; build dashboards; run weekly/monthly governance and audits.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Tech, and HR to resolve bottlenecks.
Crisis & Risk Management: Identify risks early; execute mitigation and rapid response protocols.
Cost & Service Delivery: Drive uniteconomics improvements and service quality; oversee vendors/partners.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA/PGDM (required).
812 years overall experience; 34+ years in senior leadership roles managing multicity operations.
Proven track record in SOP design, rollout governance, and analyticsdriven decisionmaking.
Comfort with Excel/analytics; experience building/using KPI dashboards.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Hindi; ability to operate effectively across UP markets.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Mobility/consumer internet exposure preferred; P&L ownership is a plus.
