General Job Purpose

The Vice President of Sales will lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market

penetration in the medical devices and Prosthetics and Orthotics (P&O) sectors. This role

requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge, a proven track record of sales

leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. We are seeking

a highly motivated, energetic, systematically inclined candidate to join our growing team

delivering sales. Makers Hive Innovations is seeking a VP of Sales with proven experience in

Business development to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging

strong relationships with customers. You will be the front face of the company and will have

the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to meet industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

Masters Degree in MBA from ISB/IIM

  • Experience:

15-18 years of progressive sales experience in the medical devices or

prosthetics and orthotics industry.

Preferred: 10 years of experience as a senior sales leader, managing large teams

in a Medical Device environment only. Demonstrated success in driving

revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Deep understanding of the medical devices or P&O market, including regulatory

requirements.
