Role Summary Docplexus is looking for a Performance and Growth Marketer who can design and execute high-impact strategies that directly drive doctor acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention while delivering measurable ROI for our pharma partners. This is a full-funnel growth marketing position where you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of acquisition and engagement campaigns, using content, automation, targeting, and analytics as tools to achieve aggressive growth targets. Key Responsibilities Doctor Acquisition Design and run paid/organic campaigns across channels (Facebook and Linkedin ads, email marketing , search, partnerships) to drive high-quality doctor sign-ups ,Platform Engagement, app downloads Identify and validate acquisition hooks through rapid experimentation and A/B testing Use data to allocate budgets and double down on top-performing channels. Activation & Engagement Develop onboarding journeys, in-app flows, and engagement campaigns that improve first-week activity rates Leverage clinical and professional insights to nudge doctors towards key first actions (case post, comment, poll participation, etc.) Retention & Referral Create and manage retention loops (weekly digests, interactive challenges, quizzes, and peer-driven interactions) Implement referral programs with compelling incentives and viral mechanics to boost network effects Data-Driven Optimization Partner with analytics to monitor funnel metrics and make data-backed decisions. Continuously test messaging, offers, targeting, and creatives including quick ChatGPT-assisted copywriting where speed matters to improve performance. Skills & Competencies Proven track record in growth marketing, performance campaigns, and conversion optimization. Strong grasp of acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR) funnel strategies Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics or similar. Ability to turn insights into actionable growth experiments Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for rapid copy generation, but driven by strategy first. Understanding of healthcare/pharma compliance is a plus Personality & Mindset Business-first thinker every initiative ties back to measurable growth metrics. Self-driven, analytical, and relentless in experimentation. Comfortable iterating fast and dropping underperforming ideas without hesitation. Represent Docplexus by being a seasoned business and marketing consultant + a digital expert + a strategist to our industry partners that includes Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices, Diagnostics and Medtech businesses across India and international markets. Bring in your Agame, all the way! Understand brand and business gaps of our potential and existing industry partners via probing and secondary research with an aim to pitch Docplexus offerings and expertise, with clear KPIs for mutual success. Tools like need-gap analysis, SWOT, portfolio optimization and RCA, etc., will be important. Thus, concepts ? application, but with an added sales vigor! Build and scale offerings along with internal teams, thus leveraging VOC and aiding new product development. Thus, support internal R&D! Consulting multinational healthcare companies with marketing, digital and KPI-driven strategies around their businesses after scrupulous deep-dive into their clinic-marketing objectives, analyzing market trends and leveraging Docplexus expertise. You are the lead! Translating these digital / marketing strategies into compelling storylines that address the target audience, with clear lead conversion goals.
