As a Professional Services Leader at Rocketlane, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of post-sales activities, aligning them with Rocketlane's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and growth objectives. You will lead and expand the Professional Services function, ensuring top-notch delivery in areas including onboarding, implementation, support, and customer success. Your responsibilities will also involve inspiring, mentoring, and cultivating a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for post-sales success over 12- and 24-month periods. - Scale the Professional Services function to deliver world-class services across different customer segments. - Design scalable service delivery models tailored for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers. - Create and implement best-in-class playbooks and processes to ensure predictable outcomes. - Build strategic service packages that establish confidence and position Rocketlane as a preferred partner. - Act as the executive point of escalation for complex customer challenges and ensure successful project go-lives. - Cultivate deep relationships with key customers and serve as a strategic advisor for their long-term success. - Define and monitor success metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence roadmap decisions and enhance the overall customer experience. - Manage the post-sales org budget to optimize performance and resource allocation. - Represent Rocketlane at customer events and industry forums to strengthen the brand's presence in customer onboarding and professional services. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, or product roles within SaaS or tech companies. - Proven track record of leading teams and driving maturity in service engagements. - Strong technical acumen, comfortable with deep dives into product and technology. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with executives and customers globally. - Natural leadership qualities suitable for a fast-growing and evolving environment. - Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, onboarding platforms, or SaaS implementations is a plus.
