  new materials and technologies

Regulatory & Compliance Excellence:

• Ensure strict adherence to

Operational & Supply Chain Optimization:

Key Qualifications:

• 18 to 25 years of

  manufacturing leadership experience

  medical devices, micro-precision materials, and electronics

  .
• Expertise in

  precision machining, cleanroom production, injection molding, and advanced materials

  .
• Strong understanding of

  medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, CE Marking)

  .
• Proven track record in

  large-scale factory management

  with high-volume production.
• Experience leading

  automation and digital transformation

  initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of

  Apples design and quality standards

  for electronics.
• Expertise in

  IoT-enabled medical devices

  and

  AI-driven manufacturing optimization

  .
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
