As we continue to expand our reach and influence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President for our Inspection and Certification vertical.

Job Description

The Vice President – Inspection and Certification will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth, operational excellence, and compliance of our Inspection and Certification services across India. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of inspection, certification processes, and industry standards, coupled with strong managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and strengthen the Inspection and Certification services.

Lead a team of inspectors, auditors, and certification professionals across multiple regions.

Ensure compliance with national and international standards, laws, and regulations.

Drive business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and integrity in all certification processes.

Monitor industry trends and update processes accordingly to stay competitive.

Manage budgets, resource planning, and operational efficiencies.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry bodies, and regulatory authorities.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Graduate from top IIT and top IIM institutions (e.g., IITs, IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, etc.)

Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in inspection, certification, or related leadership roles.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry standards, compliance, and certification processes.

Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and operations.

Strategic thinking and ability to innovate and grow business.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
