Job Description

As the Vice President - Head of IT Recruitment at BNP Paribas India Solutions, you will have the overall responsibility and accountability for the IT/Technology recruitment function. Your role will be critical and senior, overseeing IT recruitment delivery for all locations of BNP Paribas GCC in India. You will manage a team of high-performing senior recruiters and act as a strategic HR partner with the IT Executive Committee (ExCo) in forecasting, planning, and implementing the IT recruitment strategy. Your responsibilities will include ownership of the IT recruitment strategy, working closely with the CIO and IT Department Heads on recruitment planning, understanding IT business needs to design talent acquisition strategies, developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, ensuring timely identification and attraction of qualified IT professionals, and providing regular reporting of data and MIS on recruitment activities to senior management. You will translate high-level business objectives into operational resourcing solutions, ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction with the recruitment process, efficiently manage the IT recruitment team by providing direction, leadership, and motivation, set specific goals for team members, work closely with the early careers team, constantly seek ways to improve the candidate experience, partner with HR teams as required, maintain updated knowledge on external market trends in technology recruitment, and manage and monitor senior-level hiring personally. Your technical and behavioral competencies should include proven experience in IT recruitment and people management, a strong understanding of IT skills, roles, technologies, and the IT job market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer and process orientation, experience working with local and global senior stakeholders, ability to influence, negotiate, and adapt, comfort with data for informed decision-making, result and solution orientation, and the ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate or post-graduate with 15+ years of overall experience in talent acquisition and at least 10 years in technology hiring. Experience in hiring within a Banking GCC or BFSI domain is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.,
