Key Responsibilities

Lead investment committee presentations and decision-making processes

Manage and mentor junior investment team members

Drive strategic initiatives across portfolio companies

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem

Oversee due diligence processes for potential investments

Requirements

MBA from top-tier institution (IIM/ISB preferred)

8-12 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Proven track record in fintech or SaaS sectors

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Investment Analyst/Associate

Support investment activities including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring for early-stage fintech and SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis
Support due diligence processes and documentation
Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare investment memos
Assist in deal execution and legal documentation review

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
2-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or venture capital
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
Interest in fintech and technology sectors
