Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  

Requirements

• 15-25 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• CA/CMA or equivalent qualification
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
