Vice President – Finance Controller
Location: Gurgaon Budget: Up to ₹40 LPA Industry: D2C / Foodtech StartupWe are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations at a high-growth phase, as we gear up for IPO and expand into new markets. Key Responsibilities:Lead FP&A, budgeting, and strategic financial modellingEnsure compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, Companies Act & SEBI normsOversee IPO readiness, investor reporting & auditsDrive cost efficiency, M&A support & scalable systemsIdeal Profile:CA with 7–10 years’ experienceBackground in profitable startups (D2C/FMCG/Foodtech preferred)Strong in compliance, reporting, and fundraisingPrior IPO or investor due diligence experience is a strong plus
