Vice President - Enterprise Application

As a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Applications Leader, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation, enterprise system modernization, and operational efficiency across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for enterprise applications to support organizational goals and growth. - Leading enterprise application modernization and advocating for innovative technologies. - Coordinating cross-business strategies to ensure alignment and integration of enterprise applications across all functions. - Overseeing the operations of core enterprise systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security. - Driving operational efficiency initiatives aimed at achieving measurable ROI and tangible business benefits. - Leading the adoption of advanced technologies with a presales and solutioning mindset. - Partnering with senior leaders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to align strategies with business objectives. - Managing budgets for enterprise application initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - Experience: 18+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application management, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles. - Skills: Visionary leadership, internal customer focus, expertise in navigating complex organizational structures, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and financial acumen.
