Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Chancellor, located in Bareilly. The Vice Chancellor will oversee academic and administrative functions of the university. Responsibilities include shaping strategic direction, ensuring quality and excellence in teaching and research, leading faculty and staff, managing budgets, and establishing partnerships. The role also involves representing the university at external forums and maintaining high standards of governance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning and governance
• Experience in academic administration and faculty oversight
• Budget management and financial planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish partnerships and engage with stakeholders
• Proven track record of research and academic contributions
• Doctorate degree in a relevant field
• Experience in higher education leadership roles is a plus
