Role & responsibilities Teaching: Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions at UG/PG levels. Research: Conduct cutting-edge research, publish in reputed journals, and guide Ph.D./M.Phil. scholars. Academic Contribution: Develop course materials, design assessments, and enhance curriculum quality. Mentorship: Guide and mentor students in academic and career development. Administration: Participate in departmental, university committees, and accreditation processes. Community Engagement: Contribute to university outreach, workshops, seminars, and public lectures. Collaboration: Foster partnerships with industries, academic institutions, and funding agencies. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience including 5 years at the level of Associate Professor. Associate Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry. Assistant Professor: Master's Degree with NET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC/AICTE norms. Proven track record of research publications in UGC/Scopus/SCI indexed journals. Experience in curriculum development, NAAC/NBA accreditation, and research project handling. Strong academic network and active participation in professional societies. Passionate educator with a student-centric approach and commitment to academic excellence.
