Work Model:

Hybrid (3 months office training, then flexible)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in vessel operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily vessel operations aligned with Charter Party terms
Plan stowage and finalize cargo intake
Serve as primary contact for ship owners, stakeholders, and customers
Arrange and optimize bunkers for period ships
Monitor vessel performance to minimize operational costs
Approve release of Bills of Lading
Update IMOS system
Coordinate with admin team for issuance of Initial Freight Invoice
Pass cargo documents to AO team for laytime and final freight invoice
Follow up on freight payments with Finance team

Must-Haves

Minimum 3 years experience in vessel operations
Comfortable with hybrid working model, initial 3 months in-office training
