Vertical Head - Digital Collections

Job Purpose:

• VH Digital Collections will be responsible for defining and driving the overall strategy for digital and technology-led collections across credit cards & retail asset products. The role will focus on leveraging digital tools, data-led strategies, and innovative platforms to improve customer engagement, enhance recovery efficiencies, and optimize the end-to-end collections life cycle. By integrating advanced analytics, automation, and self-serve channels, the role will ensure a seamless, scalable, and customer-centric approach to collections., The purpose of the role is to enhance the recovery for the bank by engaging with digital vendors and contributing to incremental recoveries at a lesser cost with lesser manpower and becoming an additional channel which contributes to the overall P&L

• In addition to driving digital transformation, this role will oversee the central calling team (CCT) responsible for facilitating deep-vintage recoveries from the write-off portfolio across retail asset products. This channel is predominantly based on channel partner network management / deployment of agencies within CCT basis agencies core strength of product and process expertise.

Experience Required

•Professional Qualification/MBA / Postgraduate / Graduate

•Minimum experience in years – minimum 18+ years and above in the financial industry

•Exposure to banking preferable

•Thorough knowledge on the process involved in collections, recovery strategies.

•Hands on with various management information tools like Key portfolio indicators, Recoveries and reporting tools like MS-Office, etc..
