Job Title: Order Verification Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle order verification tasks. The role involves checking and validating customer orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal processes. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality order processing and minimizing errors in customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
• Cross-check order details against supporting documents and systems
• Identify discrepancies or errors and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of verified orders and generate reports as required
• Ensure timely processing of orders to meet deadlines and service standards
• Suggest improvements to streamline the order verification process

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, filters, and data handling
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good conceptual clarity and logical thinking to identify and resolve issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
• Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams
• Familiarity with Tally for basic accounting and order management tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order processing, verification, or back-office operations
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
