Sternavex is a rocket/aerospace company where clean, reliable data powers fast decisions. As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you’ll accurately capture, validate, and maintain operational data (inventory, procurement, test logs, quality records) so our teams can execute with confidence.

• Enter, review, and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems (ERP/MRP/PLM).
• Validate source documents, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Organize and label files with proper version control and traceability.
• Build basic reports (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to close data gaps.
• Follow data security, confidentiality, and documentation procedures.

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative operations (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail; ownership of data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (sorting/filtering, data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Typing speed ~45+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Clear written/spoken English; ability to follow structured procedures.
• Legally authorized to work in India.
