Job Description

The Vendor Partnership Manager is responsible for end-to-end (E2E) vendor management, including procurement, category management, pricing, and budgeting. The role focuses on coordinating with domestic and international vendors to ensure cost-effective sourcing, strong partnerships, and timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle from onboarding to performance evaluation
Lead procurement activities including vendor selection, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, and contracting
Coordinate with local and international vendors to ensure seamless communication and execution
Oversee category management strategies to optimize vendor mix, cost, and quality
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Develop and manage vendor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and risk
Resolve vendor issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations, supply chain, and planning teams
Track KPIs and prepare reports on vendor performance, savings, and efficiency
